This is our water cycle experiment. You can see what it looks like from the picture but I'm going tell you how it worked out in the end. We came back about 2 hours after we put them on the window and the water had evaporated, made condensation, precipitated and started collecting.
Evaporation is when the water turns into a gas from the heat of the sun and floats into the clouds
Condensation is when the gas turns into water droplets again
Precipitation is when the rain falls down onto earth
Collection is when the lakes and rivers collect the rain that fell.
